She is a pioneering 'reality hacker' accelerating cutting-edge research from the lab into the world through artistic and creative collaboration. Katherine has consulted with everyone from Google to the NFL. Sought after to bring new perspectives to projects and uncover cutting-edge scientific insight that can inspire and drive disruption, innovation and change.

She is co-founder of the female-led and kick ass Kinda Studios. A neuroaesthetics studio that through collaborations with academics, labs and creatives, redefining wellbeing as connection to self, others and the world around us.

She also contributes to VICE & the Huffington Post, hosts a neuroaesthetics podcast & has a monthly show on Soho Radio.

After accidentally getting into one of the UK top drama school's Katherine took a gap from science labs to study phsycial theatre, performance & film. It was here she understood the important of lived experiences, produced her first documentry & starred in some pretty punchy horror films.

Katherine's extensive academic background startles even herself. From Oxford Univeristy to UEA & UCL she has gained postgraduate accolades across human science, genetics, behavioral & cognitive psychology, quantum biology & neuroscience. She earnt her stripes living between labs with no sunlight and the dense jungles of Borneo doing fieldwork.

GLOBAL EDUCATION

WRECKLESSLY OPTIMISTIC & NOMADIC

Born in London, her childhood was spread across Africa, Canada & Europe. After a range of haircuts, piercings, and angst by 18 she was living in a bar in the South Pacific gun-running. She somehow got back on track & by 19 got to Oxford. She can still has an undercut and  can make an awesome negroni.
